Privacy Policy

HintPulse is a static website hosted on Cloudflare Pages. There are no user accounts, no login, and no forms that collect personal information.

Cloudflare collects basic analytics automatically (page views, country, browser type). This data is aggregated and anonymous. It cannot identify individual visitors. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for details.

HintPulse stores items in your browser's localStorage: your dark/light theme preference and interactive solver progress (e.g., found words in the Spelling Bee solver). This data stays on your device and is never sent to any server.

HintPulse uses the following third-party services:

• Cloudflare Pages — Hosting and CDN. Cloudflare processes request metadata (IP address, headers) to serve pages and protect against abuse. IP addresses are not stored long-term.
• Google Fonts — Typography. Your browser downloads font files from Google's servers, which logs standard request data (IP, user agent). See Google Fonts privacy FAQ.
• Google AdSense — Advertising (when enabled). AdSense uses cookies to serve ads based on browsing history. You can opt out of personalized ads at any time.

HintPulse does not collect personal data directly. The third-party services listed above process limited technical data as described.

Under GDPR and CCPA, you have the right to:

• Request information about what data is processed
• Opt out of personalized advertising via Google Ad Settings
• Clear your localStorage by opening your browser's developer tools (Application → Local Storage → hintpulse.com → Clear)
